Our Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are a major component of our contracts with our customers. They detail “SLA parameters” – measurable variables of the quality of all our services. By contractually agreeing to SLA parameters and fixing their target and guaranteed values, the customer is assured a defined quality of service...a quality by which we measure ourselves against others.

Service vouchers can be issued for all PKI services used by the customer – from applications for blocks/suspensions, to validation and LDAP replication. Different service parameters are defined according to each customer’s wishes. Compliance is automatically monitored, as well, enabling us to tailor our services precisely to your needs.
Not only is process availability monitored, but also maximum downtimes and maximum and average process times. Monthly SLA reports clearly detail quality and the levels of utilisation for all services.
Special SLAs can also be defined for planned rollout phases with specific requirements.
The redundant design throughout all underlying systems, automatic monitoring and optional use of our backup computer center for your services, provide the basis for a consistently high service quality.
